• Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 14 business days from the date of order processing.
• Professional furniture removal is available for custom-made or large heavy items for an additional fee. It will take 7 to 15 business days depending on the location.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and delivery location.
• Free shipping may be available for orders over $1000 for non-custom items to Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane Metro areas.
• Additional fees may apply for deliveries to remote or restricted-access locations.

Receiving Your Order

• If any damage or discrepancies are found, report them within 1 day of delivery.

Freight & Large Item Deliveries

• Large furniture items are shipped via professional furniture removals.
• Freight deliveries require a loading dock or additional assistance for unloading.
• Customers must provide accurate delivery details to prevent delays or extra charges.

• We are not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, or supply chain disruptions.
• If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.
